Dumbbell Shrug

First, you need a pair of dumbbell and yourself, standing upright with them in your hands. Now uplift (shrag) your shoulders as high as it is possible. Imagine that you need to close your ears with your shoulders. You need to uplift both shoulders at the same time.
Now feel the pressure momentarily, and then return to the initial position.
If dumbbell shrugs seems to be not too hard, pay attention to the following nuances: control of breathing and control of motion. Make sure you’re making the full range of motion, and don’t forget to exhale while doing the hardest point of the exercise.
