Dumbbell Pullovers Performing
There are several ways to perform dumbbell pullovers. First, you can take a dumbbell with both hands and lift it straight over the breast. Then slowly lower the dumbbell over your head as low as possible, then, on the same trajectory lift it to its original position.
Other option is the following: lie across the bench, so that it holds only the shoulders and feet propped on the floor. Hold a dumbbell with both hands for the upper disc, slowly lower the dumbbell in a wide arc over your head, stretching the pectoral muscles and the chest at the same time. Lower as low as possible and then raise to starting position.
An important feature of dumbbell pullover making it extremely effective consist in your head – it should look backwards – and your arms, that must be slightly curved to provide necessary resilience to motion. At the top point exhale and make sure that your chest is squeezed and your arms are under pressure. You should also feel tension and stretch in your lats.
